Standard Warranty & Extended Warranty
All Buyers will enjoy a 1 year warranty from us. Extended warranty will be given to buyers who purchase the extended warranty from us.

Any warranty claims will be verified firstly via email/whatsapp images or videos.

Any manufacturer’s defect parts/components under warranty will be repaired or replaced at company’s decision, we reserve right to substitute material of equal quality if identical material not available at the time of claim.

Most replaceable parts/components under extended warranty will delivered by courier service, buyers who facing difficulties in dismantle/replace new parts are welcomed to send entire products to our factory/service point for free dismantle/replacement service, service appointment must made via email/whatsapp at least 3 days in advance, appointment available on working days only. Any difficulties facing on dismantle/replace parts, kindly contact customer service for further assistance. Parts/components that serviced/replaced under warranty will follow extended warranty period from initial purchase date.

What is covered?

What is not covered?
Warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, abused or improper maintenance, improper assemble, failure to follow operating instructions. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the products.
We continue to provide service support after applicable warranty period upon request at buyers cost, parts/components on purchased produces over of warranty period can be purchased separately at buyer’s own cost including delivery.
