DELIVERY INFORMATION
- We ship within Malaysia only. For shipping out of Malaysia, kindly contact customer service for cross border order arrangement.
- Kinsha shall not be liable for orders that encounter delivery issues due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing information provided by buyer. Buyer are obliged to provide information that is complete, accurate and truthful for the proper processing of the order, including your delivery address and contact information.
- Delivery to a PO Box is not accepted.
- Should the delivery attempt to the shipping address and no one happens to be present or respond to the message or calls, parcel will held at service point and wait for further instruction from buyer/consignee.
- Additional charges incurred for unsuccessful delivery and returned to seller due to above mentioned reasons, billing to be settled before rearrangement of courier or self-pick up.
- Additional charges incurred for delivery address amendment after parcel ship out, billing to be settled before arrangement of address amendment.
- Confirmed orders will processed on next working days and ship out by indicated delivery lead time (exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Selangor public holidays).
- Delivery lead time indicated on each product’s info page.
- Self-pick up available on Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm) (exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Selangor public holidays). Kindly contact us via email or whatsapp for confirmation of goods ready for pick up.
- All product packaging suitable for courier purpose, any dent or scratches on outer packing should be acceptable as long no damage to parts/components inside.
- Except for manufacturing defects, customer shall inspect the goods upon receiving, and please contact customer service within 24 hours upon receiving goods if believe goods received not in good condition, or any parts missing.
